Keithmas is a marriage made in Heaven (or Hell depending on your perspective) of Keith Richards and Christmas.
For the seventh consecutive year Hidden Charms and the people of Vancouver will be getting together to celebrate the birth of the almighty riff master himself Keith Richards and that other holiday… Christmas. From its humble beginnings in 2010 to today, we have raised over $30,000 for the Vancouver Food Bank while consuming inhuman amounts of Jack Daniels and seeing the cream of Vancouver’s rock n’ roll community crank the open G to infinity and beyond while paying homage to the songs of Keef and the Rolling Stones.
2016 will be no different and this year, among many killer acts we have:
Bif Naked! - Rock Star, Writer, Humanitarian
Rich Hope - Vancouver’s own roots rock, country, boogie and all things evil Mr Hope will be leading his gang of reprobates through the greatest tracks off the legendary Some Girls LP!
No Sinner - Fresh off of a triumphant tour of Europe and still blurring the lines between good and evil, man or woman, saint or sinner.
Pigby - What do you get when you combine Paul Rigby (who has performed with Bocephus King, Linda McRae, Carolyn Mark, Neko Case, Calexico,Garth Hudson among others) and Paul Pigatt (Cousin Harley, Ameripolitan Music Award Nominee, Gretsch endorsement) you get Pigby doing their one of a kind display of guitar virtuoso intro-mania.
The Rentalmen - featuring some of Vancouver’s finest musicians who have worked w/Neko Case/Cam Penner/Spoon River/Matt Anderson among others
La Chinga - is a stoner boogie power trio sitting on the world's edge in Vancouver
Sister Morphine - Led by producer extraordinaire Felix Fung and featuring members of The Ballantynes, Les Chaussettes and The Jolts
The Orange Kyte - drawing heavily from a love of ethereal tones, fuzz, reverberation and all things psychedelic
Greenback High - Putting the power back into power pop

AGAIN AND AS ALWAYS 100% OF THE PROCEEDS GO TO THE GREATER VANCOUVER FOOD BANK.
