Susan Thompson, Anjelene Mittelholtz, Alex Biron, Morris Bartlett, Mark Hughes
Certified Comedy is hosting An Eye Opening Comedy Fundraiser for the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) during Mental Health Awareness week in the beginning of May. This year, the main goal of CMHA is to improve wait times for mental health care. With that, they are encouraging the use of social media tags #GetLoud and #SickofWaiting
“Wait times are long because mental health care has always been drastically underfunded. For the very first time this year, the Federal Government will transfer earmarked funds for mental health care to the Provinces and Territories.” ~CMHA
