Acclaimed Melbourne indie-folk artist Didirri brings his soul-stirring songcraft to Canadian shores for his first-ever headline tour this fall. Don’t miss him at LanaLou’s on October 23rd with guests Rowena Wise & Ian Badger.

Didirri

Acclaimed Melbourne indie-folk artist Didirri brings his soul-stirring songcraft to Canadian shores for his first-ever headline tour this fall. Following the release of his gripping album “Caught In The Act”, audiences across Canada will experience Didirri’s vivid storytelling and anthemic performances at intimate venues throughout October and November.

With his poetic lyricism and introspective approach, Didirri has earned his reputation as one of Australia’s most compelling performers. His painted indie folk/rock sound, characterised by soaring melodies and raw human connection, has resonated with millions of listeners worldwide. Recent collaborative performances, including the “No Cure For Love” tour with Rowena Wise, have showcased his extraordinary ability to transform venues into spaces of profound emotional resonance.

This 12-date Canadian tour presents Didirri in an intimate setting, offering audiences an up-close experience with his delicate guitar work and disarmingly honest performances. From Vancouver’s music scene to Montreal’s historic venues, each show will showcase the artistry that has earned him critical acclaim and a devoted following in his homeland.

Rowena Wise

Rowena Wise is a new artist whose ruminations on love, alienation, and self-empowerment are fast catching attention. Described by CLASH as “carefully etched indie folk” after having teased a few brilliant singles, she’s finally released her stunning new album, Senseless Acts of Beauty.

Ian Badger

Originally from Ontario, Ian Badger has been performing heartbreaking country music in & around Vancouver for eight years both as a solo artist & band leader. His biggest influences, which include Townes Van Zandt, Jason Molina and George Jones, encourage his exploration of human relationships that provide a vulnerability in both songwriting & performance that he’s come to be known for in Vancouver.
