Are minors allowed to shows?
– Primary ID, for example a driver’s licence or passport, must be government-issued and include the person’s name, date of birth, and picture. A photo of primary ID is not acceptable.
– Secondary ID, for example a credit card or interim driver’s licence, must include the holder’s name and either a signature OR picture. A photo of a secondary ID is not acceptable.

When do shows start?
This depends on the show, style of entertainment, number of opening acts, and what else is happening at the Rickshaw that night. Typically, shows start half an hour after door time.
Where can I get tickets to the Rickshaw?
Tickets can be purchased online at rickshawtheatre.com or at our box office here on show nights. For some shows, tickets can also be purchased at various record stores. Please check the show listing for more details.
When is Box Office open?
Our Box Office opens at door time on show nights.
Where can I park my car?
Street parking is available on Gore, Pender, Keefer & East Georgia. We are also close to two Skytrain Stations (Main Street/Science World or Stadium/Chinatown).
Do you have a lost and found?
Yes. If you are looking for a lost item, please contact us via email. Please remember, we are not responsible for items lost or stolen at the Rickshaw. If it is valuable to you, it is safer in our coat check. Unclaimed items will be held for 72 hours after which they will be donated to a local charity.
Do you have a coat check?
Yes!
Are food and beverages available at the Rickshaw?
No food, but we do have full service bars.
Is there an ATM at the Rickshaw?
Yes, we have two ATMs in the building, one located in the lobby and one located on the balcony.
Can I take photos, video, or audio recordings of the show?
Per artist approval. Please email us at least 48 hours before the show to check if it is alright.
Is the Rickshaw accessible?
The venue is accessible with respect to watching the event, however public restrooms are located on the second floor and can only be accessed by stairs.
