Rich Hope returns to the Rickshaw stage! Catch him with support from Janky Bungag and Jody Glenham!

Rich Hope

“It seems the rock and roll gods are displeased with us. So they sent us Rich Hope’s Live At The ANZA Club that we may be redeemed. Some would call Rich’s original compositions “roots” music but these live performances are the full green branches laden with blues, country, punk rock and soul. The audience devoured the fruit that night. Hearing this record makes us wish we were there.” Gordie Johnson, Big Sugar

Janky Bungag

Hailing from Vancouver, this Filipino-Canadian cowpunk artist draws inspiration from outlaw legends like Waylon Jennings, Merle Haggard, and Johnny Cash to bring you a high-energy blend of country and bluegrass. With fast picking and a high lonesome sound, Janky Bungag is sure to get the dance floor hopping.

Jody Glenham

For nearly two decades, Jody Glenham has been a notable presence in Western Canada’s music scene. Her 2020 album Mood Rock earned national support from CBC Radio, charted on Canadian college radio, and was considered for the Polaris Music Prize long list. Glenham’s cinematic style of indie rock carries a sense of hope, offering her fans permission to feel deeply without despair. This has led to sync placements in Netflix series including Snowpiercer, Tiny Pretty Things, and My Life with The Walter Boys, alongside praise from outlets such as NME, American Songwriter, and Refinery29.
