Finnish Power Metal Group Battle Beast brings their ‘Circus of Doom’ tour to the Rickshaw this Spring with guests, Blackbriar

Battle Beast

Famous for their energetic shows, incredibly catchy choruses and odd sense of humour, Battle Beast are destined for glory. Topping the Finnish charts for the fourth consecutive timme and hittng #9 in Germany with their 2022 album “Circus of Doom”, the Helsinki-based sextet is looking and sounding stronger than ever. Ever since winning two major band compe00ons in 2010, Ba9le Beast have been busy on the road. Throughout the years, fans around the globe have grown to love the explosive combination of shredding guitars, symphonic keyboards and the unique voice of frontwoman Noora Louhimo. Battle Beast were awarded the “Metal Album of the Year” award at Emma Gaala (Finnish Grammys) for both “Bringer of Pain” (2017) and “No More Hollywood Endings” (2019). Ba9le Beast recently renewed their contract with global metal giants Nuclear Blast and inked a deal with Ar0st Group Interna0onal (METALLICA, GHOST, SABATON) for their North American booking and their European joint venture partner K2 for the rest of the world.

Blackbriar

The siren song of Blackbriar continues to swell as the band moves towards 2024 at their most cinematic and seductive best. A magnificent 2023 saw them ensnaring a collaboration with metal juggernaut Nuclear Blast Records, releasing their second full-length A Dark Euphony with long-time collaborator/producer Joost van den Broek in tow to sweeping critical and commercial applause, and a massively successful first stint at a headlining tour in Europe. With YouTube streams now reaching 61 million views and over 238,000 subscribers, and equally massive Spotify stats including a total of over 46 million streams, with over 260,000 monthly listeners who contribute to 1.4 million streams a month and 16 million streams per year, it’s evident that the world has already been entangled in Blackbriar’s dark web of beauty and darkness, spellbound by their fairytale euphonies.
