Swedish power metal titans HammerFall bring their ‘Freedom World Crusade’ to the Rickshaw this Fall with support from Evergrey and Greyhawk!
HammerFall
No matter how much everything changes in culture and the world at large, heavy metal endures. It empowers , engages , and engenders strength, ultimately it outlasts fads. The same can be said for HAMMERFALL . Since for ming in Gothenburg, Sweden in 1993, the now quintet of Oscar Dronjak [guitar], Joacim Cans [vocals], Fredrik Larsson [bass], Pontus Norgen [guitar], and David Wallin [drums] have weathered the many storms of changing trends within the music world to stand tall as pioneers who continue to wave the flag of Heavy Metal.
Evergrey
From Gothenburg, Sweden’s melodic core, Evergrey formed in 1995 as heavy metal’s electrifying force. Led by singer and guitarist Tom S. Englund, they craft stories of the human psyche, inner darkness, and healing through music that resonates deeply. Evergrey stands out with subtle innovation—they ignore fads to build tracks that mix sharp riffs, symphonic waves, and Englund’s raw, moving voice. These pieces create immersive worlds powered by metal’s raw force, drawing fans into an energizing journey of sound and emotion.
Greyhawk
Greyhawk are a 5 piece power metal band from Seattle WA. Fresh off their Canadian tour with Alestorm and Twilight Force, Greyhawk are beginning to write their next chapter with a new singer at the helm and some live concerts to introduce him to the metal world
From the very beginning you will be met with soaring guitars, pounding riffs and a classic heavy/power metal attack from the instrumentals. Grandiose and powerful vocals complete the mix, as well as a high energy, raucuous stage show
On October 7th 2026, Greyhawk unleash their live set with their new singer for the first time at the Rickshaw Theatre supporting Hammerfall and Evergrey. Get ready for an evening of old school epic power metal!
